Can I make an appointment?

Definitely yes, we welcome appointments, please feel free to call either salon for your next service we look forward to seeing you. We also cater for walk in clients and appointments are not always necessary, we will service your request as quickly as possible however waiting times may vary and  are not always guaranteed.

Is everything really $45?

All prices are: base prices of $45 per service, certain services attract a surcharge according to the length of your hair, the thickness or the extra time needed. Our pricing structure is designed to make it affordable as possible for everyone. Our philosophy is to be transparent with our pricing structure and it is designed for you the customer to pick and choose the services you wish.

We price guarantee a trim or haircut at $45, 11 highlight foils at $45, a 4 week length Regrowth Tint  at $45, a Blow Wave above shoulder length at $45.

What experience do your stylist have?

All stylist are fully qualified and experienced, they are trained in the latest techniques and are regularly updating their skills through advanced training classes from Paul Mitchell Academy.

We work with only the highest standard of quality professional products.

Paul Mitchell Professional, Cureplex, Muk, Nioxin, Bhave.

Appointments

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule. We understand that your time is valuable and sometimes we may run behind, we make every effort to service you on time.

 

Cancellation Policy

We request that you reschedule or cancel your service within 24 hours of your appointment allowing us the opportunity to fill your appointment time. If less than the required noticed given, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the scheduled service. If there is an abuse of the cancellation policy or consistently not showing for your appointment, we will require you to secure your appointment with a credit card.

Pricing

Prices may vary depending on hair length, texture, additional time and complexity of style.

Our stylists do NOT work on a level tier system, which means our pricing is the same for each stylist regardless of their experience.

Service Guarantee

We value our client’s happiness and we understand that sometimes we may not always get things just right. In the event that you are dissatisfied with any service we will gladly make an assessment of the services you have received and make corrections necessary to exceed your expectations within 7 days of your original appointment.

Product Returns

Unopened retail products may be exchanged with the original receipt within 7 days of purchase.

Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and are valid for 12 month.

Whilst all care is taken, Volume Hair accepts no responsibility for damage incurred to garments/personal items whilst in-salon.

Payments

We accept cash as well as all major credit cards including MasterCard and Visa.

We do not charge a merchant fee for using our EFTPOS facilities.
