SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Goods will be sent via registered post using Australia Post. All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

We endeavour to dispatch orders which are in stock within 2 business days of receiving confirmation of payment.

We deliver to Australia Only 

Volume Hair Online Store has no control over, and makes no warranty in relation, to the performance of Australia Post or any other company which we may use to deliver our goods.

STANDARD SHIPPING

​

Receive FREE standard postage and handling (within Australia) on all orders $60 and over.
Shipping charge is a flat rate of $10 per consignment for all orders under $60.
Please allow between 3-5 business days for delivery from date of dispatch to Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania, New South Wales and Southern Queensland, and between 4-6 business days for delivery to Northern Queensland, Western Australia and Northern Territory.
Time frames are approx. only, once despatched we hold no responsibility for any delays caused by Australian Post.

RETURNS POLICY

​

You’re entitled to a refund, exchange or credit under the following circumstances:

1. The product is faulty.
2. The product is significantly different to what was shown or described to you.

Proof of purchase must be provided. Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind.

To be eligible for a full refund please contacy us within 7 days of receiving the product. Goods must be unopened, undamaged and unused including packaging. Alternatively, we can provide a store credit for the full value of your purchase. No refund of freight charges on delivery and return of goods.

If your products are damaged in transit please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement at sales@volumehair.com.au 

In the event that a refund is agreed, We will refund the appropriate amount to the credit card used for the purchase.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Volume Hair  will always try to fulfill customer orders immediately. However, on the occasion that an item is out of stock you will be informed by email with an estimated time of arrival. Usually back-ordered products ship within 7 days.

WARRANTY

We provide Limited lifetime warranty on all the products purchased from this website or from authorized dealers. The limited lifetime warranty replacement policy covers breakage, failure to perform or any other malfunction due to manufacturer defects in materials.  For Electrical goods contact the manufacturing company directly with your warranty details.

Customer will be responsible for shipping and handling on any returned merchandise.
